This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payment transactions, refund requests, and subscription cancellations for Flash Chat ("Platform"), operated by MaxCode IT Services ("we", "us", or "our").
By making payments on our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. General Policy
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Flash Chat are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
Important Payment Terms
All Payments Are Final
We do not provide refunds for any subscription plans, services, or features purchased on our Platform.
Subscription Nature
All plans are prepaid and non-refundable, regardless of usage or satisfaction level.
No Cooling-off Period
There is no cooling-off or cancellation period for digital services under Indian law.
GST Compliance
All payments include applicable GST as per Indian tax laws.
2. Subscription Plans
Terms specific to our subscription models:
No Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions require manual renewal. We do not automatically charge your payment method.
Renewal Notifications
We send multiple reminders before subscription expiration (7 days, 3 days, and 1 day prior).
Grace Period
7-day grace period after expiration before account downgrade to free tier.
Plan Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. No prorated refunds for previous plan.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation Process
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account anytime, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for policy violations without refund.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, after which it's permanently deleted.
Reactivation
Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within 30 days by renewing subscription.
4. Payment Issues
Resolution process for payment-related problems:
Failed Transactions
If payment fails but amount is deducted, funds will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Duplicate Charges
Report duplicate charges within 48 hours for investigation and refund if verified.
Payment Methods
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking. All transactions are secure.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Special Circumstances
Exceptional Cases
Service Downtime
For extended outages (>24 hours), we may issue service credits at our discretion.
Legal Requirements
Refunds may be issued if required by Indian law or court order.
Technical Errors
For demonstrable platform errors, we may offer account credits.
Discretionary Refunds
Management may approve refunds in exceptional cases at their sole discretion.
6. Changes to Terms
Update Notification Process
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant changes will be:

The new updated Terms will be posted on our Platform with a "last updated" date
Email Notifications
Registered Users will be notified via email when required by law
Dashboard Alerts
Will be highlighted/displayed in the User Dashboard for 30 days after the update
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We encourage all users to review these terms periodically.
